Refund & Return Policy

• Custom items: Not returnable, except in the case of damage or defects.

• Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, please send us a photo within 7 days of delivery. You do not need to return the item. Refunds or replacements will be issued once the photo is reviewed.

• Printing accuracy: Designs will be printed exactly as submitted. Please ensure your files are high resolution for best quality. Any special adjustments (such as exclusions or edits) must be stated before ordering.
